Alcantara connected on a 35yd direct free-kick late in the second half to secure a 2-0 win for the Grizzlies and keep them undefeated in conference play. "I thought Tencha's play and work-rate in the second half of the Garden City match was outstanding and the goal was first class," stated Butler's Coach Hunter.

JCCC freshman midfielder Megan Weston scored a goal in the 70th minute to pull the Cavaliers into a 2-2 tie with Richland College, the number four ranked team in NJCAA D-III soccer. Weston's goal, her third of the season, upped her season point total to a team-best 10 points.

Crane scored 3 times in Barton 14-0 win over Dodge City Wednesday in a school record setting effort for most goals in a contest Crane added an assist in that game as well. In an 11-1 win over Cowley that was the 3rd highest scoring total in school history, Crane scored 3 goals and added an assist to help Barton improve to 6-2. She leads Barton with 10 goals this season.

Garcia followed 3 more goals and 2 assists in an 11-1 win over Cowley in the 3rd highest scoring output in school history. Last season Garcia set the school record for goals, scoring 7 for the Cougars late in the season.
