NJCAA Moves Most Sports to Spring 2021
(KJCCC) July 13, 2020 -- This coming spring will be a busy one for NJCAA athletics, as their Board of Regents voted to move most sports to the Spring of 2021.
The NJCAA held a Zoom call webinar to announce the changes to the practice and competition calendar. Dr. Chris Parker, CEO and President of the NJCAA, outlined the path adopted by the Board of Regents. NJCAA administrators Rod Lovett and Brian Beck broke down the details of the new path for the fall and spring. All three men emphasized the need for colleges to enroll their student athletes in the Fall 2020 semester in order to continue their academic progress.
The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) will follow the new practice and competition calendars adopted today.
