Broncbusters drop game to Barton

Garden City Community College Broncbusters faced the Barton Community College Cougars at Broncbuster Stadium. The game ended with a score of 3-1 in favor of the Cougars.

The first half was controlled by the Cougars, who quickly took the lead. In the 13th minute, Nils Knecht scored the first goal for Barton, assisted by Isoumail Camara and Diogo Giminez. Just eight minutes later, Hugo Pacheco added another goal in the 22nd minute, also set up by Giminez. Despite being down 2-0 at halftime, the Broncbusters showed effort with ten shots in the first half.

In the second half, Barton's third goal came in the 80th minute when Isoumail Camara scored again, assisted by Diego Pereira and Gonzalo Bassa. Garden City finally got on the scoreboard in the 88th minute when Jorge Arevalo scored with help from Jaden Grant, making it 3-1. The Broncbuster finished with 15 shots to Bartons ten.
