The Central Community College men's soccer team closed out the 2021 season with a 2-0 loss at Pratt (Kan.) Community College in the first round of the Region VI tournament.
Both of Pratt's goals were scored in the first half and both were unassisted. Nathan Lira scored the first goal in the sixth minute, while Ethan Hill logged the second goal in the 26th minute.
Pratt outshot Central, 16-8. CCC netminder Antonio Jimenez faced seven shots on goal, making five saves. Pratt goalie faced one shot on goal and made one save. Both the Raiders and the Beavers tallied five corner kicks.
With the loss, the Raiders finished the 2021 season with a 6-7 record.
