The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's soccer team took down the Garden City Community College Broncbusters, 2-0 Oct. 26 at the KCKCC soccer field. The Blue Devils finish the regular season in third place in the KJCCC behind Cowley and Barton.
The game was a scoreless deadlock heading into the half. Aaron Jackson started off the scoring in the 70th minute with an assist from Payson Hoffstatter. Just 20 minutes later, David Mayamona doubled the lead with an assist from Aaron Jackson. Blue Devil goalkeeper, Pierre-Jean Dannenmuller saw four shots from the Broncbusters and saved all four of them. The Blue Devils will face Seward County for the first round of the Region VI Tournament this weekend.
