DODGE CITY, Kan. — After multiple weather delays, Dodge City rallied for a 20-17 win over the Tyler Junior College Apaches in football game that began on Thursday and concluded at 1:14 a.m. Friday.
The Apaches led 17-7 in the second quarter before the first delay after the game started late due to weather concerns at Memorial Stadium.
TJC will return to play on Saturday, Sept 7, hosting Georgia Military College. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium.
The Conquistadors also return to play on Saturday, Sept. 7, hosting Garden City (Kansas) in a 7 p.m. contest.
