Parsons, Kan. - The Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Softball Team dropped both ends of a doubleheader against the Cardinals of Labette. With the losses, Coffeyville's overall record falls to 7-17, including a 2-4 record in Kansas Jayhawk Community College (KJCCC) matchups.

Game #1 - 10-2 Loss

Labette jumped out quickly, scoring seven runs through the first three innings.  Raven freshman Dani Banks had a bright spot offensively for Coffeyville as she clubbed a solo home run.

Game #2 - 5-0 Loss

Coffeyville's offense continued to struggle as the Ravens could only collect four hits in the game.  Labette scored single runs in the first and third innings, along with three runs in the fourth, on their way to the 5-0 victory.

Coffeyville will look to get back into the win column as they return to action on Thursday, April 10th, with a home doubleheader against the Tigers of Cowley College.  Game times at Byers Field set for 1:00 & 3:00 p.m.
