The Central Community College women's soccer team lost at Allen County (Kan.) Community College, 2-0, on Wednesday in Iola.
The loss was CCC's second in a row and gives them a mark of 4-8-1 on the season.
"The Allen game was tough," said CCC head coach Jamie Bennett. "We had only two subs due to injuries, but the girls played hard aside from a couple of breakdowns."
Despite the loss, the Raiders still have a shot to make the playoffs when they play at Hesston College on Saturday.
"We need to get a win on Saturday to guarantee a playoff berth, so I'm excited to see how the girls finish the year," said Bennett.
Saturday's game begins at 2 p.m.
