Jaime Zani scored four goals to lead the Central Community College men's soccer team to a 5-2 win at Hesston College on Saturday.
CCC's Ernesto Vargas scored the first goal 11 minutes into the contest with Romano Moscato assisting for the 1-0 lead. Following a Hesston goal 11 minutes later, Zani scored his first goal in the 41st minute with Tobias Sereinig and Arlo Stone combining for the assist. The Larks scored their final goal three minutes before halftime to make it a 2-2 score. The second half was the Jaime Zani show as he scored goals in the 57th, 70th and 72nd minute with Ben Soave, Stone and Adam Tourche providing the respective assists.
The win improves CCC's record to 6-6-5.
