The Central Community College volleyball team defeated Cloud County Community College, 3-1 sets, on Wednesday afternoon at Raider Fieldhouse.
The first set was fairly even, but saw our Raiders pull away late to get a 25-20 win on the first set. Second set was not so even, seeing the Raiders coast to a 25-11 set win, to go up 2-0 on sets. The 3rd set was won 33-31 by Cloud County in extras. Raiders then closed them out in set four with a 25-27 win.
Lauryn Scott had 13 kills, 5 assisted blocks and 1 solo. Libbie Ball amassed for a whopping 41 assists, and Liv Swanson accounted for 23 digs. Maddie Baxa and Ali Miller had 2 aces as well.
