The Cowley College track and field teams continued to break records and hit national qualifying marks at the Pittsburg State University Invitational held Saturday in Pittsburg, KS.

Diego Andres-Dougan broke his previous record for indoors in the Triple Jump 15.08 at the 2022 Region VI/KJCCC Invite
Adrian Diaz-Lopez broke Daniel Maina's previous school-record time of 8:12.8 with his time of 8:01.33 3,000-meter run, while Diego Andres-Dougan broke his previous record for indoors in the triple jump 15.08 at the 2022 Region VI/KJCCC Invite.
Cowley will now prepare to compete at Wichita State University on Friday at 8 a .m.

Goran Duijster in the 1000 Meters and is ranked 14th in the nation
Abner Johnson in the Weight Throw and is ranked 9th in the nation
Diego Andres-Dougan in the Triple Jump and is currently ranked 4th in the nation
The men's Distance Medley Relay and is currently ranked 6th in the nation
Women
Abigail Pinnock in the 800 Meter and is currently ranked 8th in the nation
Kristen Wilson in the 5000 Meter and is currently ranked 8th in the nation
LaShae Smith in the High Jump and is currently ranked 9th in the nation
Bernesha "Shelby" Knowles in the Weight Throw and is currently ranked 6th in the nation.
