Garden City, KS-The Broncbusters have definitely righted the ship.
Maria Avendano Fori homered again, Chiara Olison also went deep and notched her third win of the season in the circle, and Garden City run-ruled Lamar, 10-2 in Tuesday's series' finale at Tangeman Sports complex.
Daryelin Rivas Chavez collected two hits for the Broncbusters, which won their eighth straight game to move to 8-4 overall.
Lamar starter, Madison Yarish never made it out of the first, allowing four runs on two hits. In the second, Fori doubled home Jade Hendrix before Fori was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the third that put Garden City ahead, 6-2.
In the fourth, Olison absolutely demolished a breaking ball over the center-field wall. Fori then hit a solo shot in the sixth followed by Mara Vonk's RBI single. That setup Julissa Galicia, who reached on an error to induce the run rule.
Lamar (2-8) committed five errors and produced just eight hits in the two-game series.
