KJCCC Baseball East Division Players of the Week - Week 12
COLBY, Kan. – Five multi-hit games for Coffeyville's Eric Bacon and a pair of scoreless appearances on the mound for Neosho County's Ryan Pacha have earned the pair Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference East Division Baseball Player of the Week honors for the first time this season.
Eric Bacon – Coffeyville (KJCCC Baseball East Division Player of the Week)
Red Raven sophomore centerfielder Eric Bacon continued his torrid sophomore season, banging out 11 hits in 22 at-bats for a .500 batting average in helping the Ravens go 4-1 on the week. Bacon had multi-hit games in all five games, totaling three home runs, a double, eight RBI, and three stolen bases.
Ryan Pacha – Neosho County (KJCCC Baseball East Division Pitcher of the Week)
Ryan Pacha threw eight scoreless innings for the Panthers in two relief appearances this week. In those eight innings, Pacha allowed just two hits while striking out three, and didn't allow a run.
