All-KJCCC Men's DII Soccer Selections Released

ALL-KJCCC SOCCER AWARDS - DII MEN'S 2022
Coach of the Year – Kevin Kewley – Pratt Community College
Kevin Kewley has now led the Beavers to back-to-back NJCAA Region VI Championships. He continues to recruit a good mixture of both local and international players for his program. Since joining NJCAA Division II men's soccer in 2020-2021 he has had three back-to-back winning seasons, finishing runner-up in their first season and now winning back-to-back NJCAA Region VI Championships. Coach Kewley has been selected the D-II Coach of the Year in back-to-back seasons.
Offensive Player of the Year: Joao Neves Santos – Pratt Community College
Joao Neves Santos served as team captain and is the backbone of the Pratt Community College men's soccer program. He has started in 13 games this season, have five goals and five assists thus far this season. He has 15 points and 22 shots this season. During his time at PCC, he has helped the team win back-to-back NJCAA Region VI Championships. Has started in 29 games with nine goals and 10 assists.
Defensive Player of the Year: Olomidara Olukayode – Allen Community College
Olomidara Olukayoade is a 3-year starter and played right back the first 2 years. He was moved to center back this year out of necessity and was the calming influence for the back line. He is a great ball winner and very technical with his feet, he was the first one to win a ball and start the attack. He was a team captain this year and a very good leader. He is a gifted soccer player with tremendous athletic ability.
