COLBY, Kan. – Securing a home draw in conference play against Seward County before picking up a non-conference win at Western Texas College, Dodge City Community College men’s soccer players Theo Hoang and Geovanni De Luna have each earned Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division 1 Men’s Soccer Player of the Week honors.

Theo Hoang (Dodge City) – Dodge City picked up a win over Western Texas in non-conference action on the road and tied Seward County. Theo Huang had a hat trick for the Conquistadors in the road win over Western Texas netting three goals on five shots with three on goal.

Geovanni De Luna (Dodge City) – Dodge City picked up a win over Western Texas in non-conference action on the road and tied Seward County. Geovanni De Luna was strong in goal for the Conquistadors blanking Seward County with multiple clutch saves late as the Conqs played a man down in the second half; De Luna finished with seven saves in against the Saints. In the road win over Western Texas, De Luna added another seven saves to finish the week with 14 saves.
