Cross country runners Vincent Nchogu (Northwest Tech) and Elka Billings (Allen County) were named Jayhawk Conference men's and women's Runners of the Week.

Vincent Nchogu (Northwest Tech): FHSU Tiger Open - Vincent Nchogu won the race by posting an impressive 8k time of 23:35.9 which is the Current NJCAA leading time in the nation and also his personal best time, Breaking the School record at that distance and was the fastest athlete in the meet when both races was combined Black and Gold race.

Elka Billings (Allen County): Allen County – Ran personal best 18:45.2 at Fort Hays State finishing 3rd overall. Top NJCAA Runner in the FHSU Tiger Open Black division race.
