Cross country runners Vincent Ngochu (Northwest Kansas Tech) and Louise Cocking (Hutchinson) were named Jayhawk Conference men's and women's Runners of the Week.

Vincent Ngochu (Northwest Kansas Tech) - He won the Region VI Championship with a time of 24:03.84, winning by nearly three seconds. 

Louise Cocking (Hutchinson) - She won the Region VI Championship with a time of 19:09.33, winning by nearly nine seconds.
