CHARLOTTE, NC – For the second straight week, the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division 2 Softball Player of the Week has been named NJCAA Division 2 Softball National Player of the Week, with Neosho County’s Brinly Bancroft being announced as the week six honoree by the NJCAA national office on Wednesday, March 12th.

Bancroft had a big week for Neosho County, helping the Panthers pick up four wins by hitting .444 at the plate with five home runs and 13 RBI. Starting her week with three home runs in a doubleheader against Northern Oklahoma-Tonkawa, Bancroft added two more homers over the weekend as NCCC played four games in Branson, MO, and went 3-1.
