Sharpshooting Mollie Mounsey came up big for the Lady Saints in a pair of tight ballgames this week, scoring a career high 28 on Wednesday in a one point road win over #17 Cowley while pitching in 18 with 8 assists Saturday night in a three point victory over Coffeyville. On the week Mounsey averaged 23 points per game, shooting 46% from the field.
Szonja Vukov recorder her first triple double of her career at Highland Community College by scoring 18 pts, grabbing 15 rebounds and getting 10 steals in a road win vs Bacone College, She also had 18 points and 7 rebounds and 7 steals in a win against Washburn earlier in the week to give her a double double average (18ppg and 11rpg). This is Vukovs first triple double and her 20th double double of her career at Highland.
