Johnson County freshman guard Kierra Prim averaged a double-double of 16.3 points and 11.0 rebounds while leading the No. 2 ranked Lady Cavaliers to a region championship with wins over Hesston, Kansas City Kansas and No. 5 Labette last week. She also shot an impressive 60 percent from the field and 71 percent at the free throw line. Prim posted a double-double in two of the three games to bring her season total to 17.
