KJCCC Cross Country Athletes of the Week - Week 1

Cross country runners N Vanee Anchike (Cloud County) and Adem Bouldjadj (Butler) were named Jayhawk Conference women's and men's Runners of the Week.
Women
N Vanee Anchike (Cloud County) – Placed third at the Terry Masterson Twiligh Classic in Hutchinson posting a time of 18:08.3 to lead all NJCAA runners at the event.
Men's
Adem Bouldjadj (Butler) – Won the Terry Masterson Twilight Classic at Hutchinson behind a time of 19:19 just missing out on the course record by nine seconds. He won the race by 54 seconds.
