Hutchinson freshman outside hitter Teresa Wade had a
career-high 24 kills in leading the No. 17 Lady Dragons
from two sets down to defeat No. 12 Missouri State-West
Plains at the Jefferson College Tournament on Saturday.
Wade had two matches last week with 20-plus kills. She
had 21 and hit a career-high .543 in a four-set
conference-clinching victory over Barton. Wade then
posted her 11th double-double of the season with 13
kills and 18 digs in a four-set victory over Jefferson
College at the Jefferson College Tournament. For the
week in 19 sets played, Wade hit.286 with 4.05 kills,
0.53 blocks, 0.32 services aces and 2.16 digs per set. Last

Cowley sophomore Martyna Gluchowicz has been a large
contributor to the Lady Tiger�s 33-0 record in the
regular season. This past week in only two games vs.
conference opponent Allen County, Gluchowicz had eight
kills and only two errors at a solid .400 hitting
efficiency. Against conference rival Johnson County,
Gluchowicz tallied 18 kills as well as 15 digs.
Gluchowicz has had a large impact on her team�s success
as the squad went 10-0 in the Jayhawk East.
