Hutchinson freshman outside hitter Teresa Wade posted season highs in kills, hitting percentage and digs during a 3-2 week for the 19th-ranked Lady Dragons. For the week, Wade hit .284, averaging 3.22 kills and 2.28 digs per set. At the Lady Dragon Classic, Wade rebounded well from a negative-hitting percentage in the first match to average 4.3 kills and hit .327 over the final three matches of the tournament. In a sweep of Frank Phillips, Wade had a season-high 16 kills and hitting percentage of .517. Against Jefferson College, she had had a season-high 17 assists.
